Strawberry-Caramel Profiteroles
This recipe I took from the book: "the Best Recipes of 2007". Wanted to offer it to you: delicious profiteroles, beautiful will appeal to all. They are very dressy look for other sweets.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cream

6. Divide the dough into 10 pieces and bake 35 min. at 200 ° C. Between the profiteroles, we must leave room - 5 cm, because they will rise when baking. Allow to cool.

7. Strawberries cut into pieces and mix with 1/4 Cup. sugar and send for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
