Cheese terrine

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Asparagus

    400 g

  • Greens

Finely chop the greens. I have parsley, dill, Basil, garlic and cilantro. Cream, eggs and cheese mix. Add greenery. Season with salt and pepper.

Clean asparagus, cut off hard ends and put in the mixture

Put the form in a deep pan. Pour into the pan water and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 180*C. Cool and cut.
