Description

Shortbread cake with custard
Cake crumbly dough. Prepared quickly, and the cream you can use any.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Cream

Melt margarine, mix with sugar. Add the egg, mix well. Soda pour in water, mix and add to the dough.

Stirring well, add the flour. Get "fragile" dough.

If baked in the shape, divide the dough into 4 parts. I did on the baking sheet. Form of grease with butter and evenly spread the dough.

Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven until Golden brown (about 15-20 min)
