Description
With cherries in their own juice, you can cook pies, cakes, dumplings, cakes, jelly, compote and more. Agree, in winter sometimes you want to eat something unusual, remembering the summer.

Cooking
Pour the cherries for half an hour in cold water to get rid of worms. Rinse the cherries to remove bone. Pre-sterilize jars (I have 4 cans with 0.5 l).
In a jar put cherries: 3 tbsp cherries and another layer of 1 tbsp sugar and so on. The last layer of cherry > sugar and firmly laid, slightly pushing down on the ingredients.
Put the cans in a deep pan, filled with warm water and banks just below the neck and on strong fire bring to a boil.
Sterilize 15 minutes. Then quickly tighten the cap. Store in a cool dark place (basement, cellar). Thanks a lot to my grandmother that shared the recipe.
