Description

Cake
Actually, it's cake. And I baked it on your own birthday on 6 February. The idea of a design I saw in a German cookbook, but a required product not found. Take "self-raising" flour needed for the recipe, which in Arkhangelsk have not even heard of in any supermarket. Therefore, the Foundation took the recipe of biscuit cake "Tender" the boy inna2107. A huge thank you and bow!

step-0
Beat the eggs to increase in volume by three times (approximately 5 minutes). Still whisking, gradually introduce the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat another 5-6 minutes. Gradually add flour and stir lightly with a spatula method of folding. Shape with a diameter of 26 cm oil, lay a baking paper, which is also lubricated. Pour the batter. Form dramatically to scroll clockwise 2-3 times (this Council special thank you, I have used biscuit rose hill). Bake at 200*C for 15-20 minutes.
step-1
Eggs well to mix with sugar. Add the softened butter, the zest and juice of orange and lemon and the starch diluted in a little water. Put in a water bath. All the time to interfere with a whisk until the mixture thickens (about 15 minutes). Cool. Tint with food coloring in red.
step-2
To prepare the impregnation of 0.5 cups of water, sugar to taste, 1 tbsp rum (brandy or vodka), cool it.
step-3
Cake to turn upside down. With a brush wet impregnation.
step-4
Spread with cream - this will be our "tomato sauce".
step-5
Top grate marzipan on a coarse grater - this will be our "cheese". Sprinkle with coconut flakes - it will be "dill". Here and ready our "pizza". Or rather, CAKE-PIZZA!
step-6
And the marzipan I used here is a ready. I brought from Finland in five different colors. Packing - 250g. Very convenient.
