Autumn salad with chanterelles
Suggest you try a tangy and tasty salad with chanterelles. Many love them, so in the season of mushrooms you should try this salad. Besides, it can be prepared quickly and served as dinner. To the salad you can also offer boiled potatoes, it even goes well with roasted meats.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.17 tsp

Wash the mushrooms, cut into large pieces. If the chanterelles are small, leave them whole. Preheat a frying pan olive oil and sauté chanterelles until tender (10-15 minutes). 2 minutes until cooked add the minced garlic, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Cooked mushrooms put them in a bowl and let cool slightly.
