Salad
Suggest you try a delicious and quite nutritious salad!

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1 cup

  • The pie

    200 g

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Sesame

Cooking

Soak the chickpeas in cold water for at least 6 hours (I at night), changing the water as often as possible. Rinse beans, cover again with water, bring to a boil and cook until tender.

Radish cut into strips and together with chickpeas then place them in a saucepan.

Cook the hearts in salted water and cut into rings. Add to the pan to the other ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper, add the greens and stir.

Arrange the salad in portioned plates. Serve with mayonnaise sauce, garnished with sesame seeds!
