Description
Made hummus from chickpeas. Who likes chickpeas and sesame seeds - this dish will love it as I do. The hummus was served cakes and bell pepper. ( Hummus is one of the favorite dishes of the inhabitants of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. It is prepared by mixing crushed chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and tahini (paste made of sesame seeds), seasoning, spices, citric acid, garlic. It completely lacks cholesterol. The main raw material of hummus (over 50%) is the nut, belongs to the class of bean. )

Cooking
Chickpeas soaked for 12 hours.
After soaking the washed chickpeas and set to boil for an hour. The broth in which the cooked chickpeas after cooking drain, it is useful to me.
Boiled chickpeas cleansed from the husk. ( If it is not separated, can not be cleaned. )
Peeled chickpeas are loaded into the mixer for shredding and poured atavar chickpeas.
Need another ingredient is tahina. Tahina is a paste made from sesame seeds, which is very often used for preparation of Oriental dishes. I have prepared myself from sesame seeds and olive oil. 100 g of sesame seeds lightly roasted on a dry pan. Then shredded in a blender, gradually adding olive oil ( 50 g ).
For flavor and freshness I shredded the Basil and parsley.
Grass, tahina, pressed garlic, and spices ( salt, Cayenne, turmeric, and garlic powder ) were placed in a blender to the chickpeas.
The mass is well mixed in a mixer.
The whole mass is put in a deep bowl and a hand blender mix well purerave.
Specifically for this salad baked tortillas - flour, water, salt, turmeric. ( Hummus is called in different ways - salad, thick sauce, pasta.
Put it in a small bowl and dipped in salad cubes pellet and pepper.
Me and the eldest son of this food is relished. Younger not very. He doesn't eat sesame seeds. Pasta - tahina is very fragrant with a strong smell of sesame.
