Delicious herring
Delicious herring, cooked two ways.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Chili

One was dismantled for herring fillet.

Fillet smeared with mustard.

Sprinkle crushed chili pepper.

Each rump roast cut along the floors, twisted rolls and chop off a toothpick.

Here are the rolls turned out.

Rolls put in the container.

And pour tomato juice (I added a little more vinegar since the juice was homemade and not at all sour). Put in the fridge for a couple of hours (I had day).

A second herring I, too, was dismantled fillet, cut small slices, added onion (half rings),

added the mayonnaise, ketchup, chili and 1 teaspoon sugar. Everything mixed and allowed to stand.
