Description
This is a wonderful jam happened to me quite by accident a few years ago. And now every year in the season of apples my family indulges in a gentle, not very sweet "baby puree". Remember, in 200 g cans were sold... it was delicious. And it is cooked very long.

Cooking
Wash the apples, peel, cut into pieces (the smaller the pieces, the less cooking time), place in a saucepan with a thick bottom. I'm under the stainless pot, put the flame spreader, put a cauldron on an open fire. Sprinkle the sugar (I don't like any sweet jam make with a symbolic amount of sugar). If there will be a lot of sugar, the taste of "baby food" will disappear. At this stage you can add lemon juice if the apples darken quickly. Cook on low heat until soft and another 5-10 minutes. Do not forget to stir.
Turn off the heat and let cool slightly. If there is no time left for the night.

If cooled for more than 30 minutes, and keep going for a long time, heat again. But not move away from the plate - tends to spray all over the kitchen. Lay the jars. Cover can be anything: you can roll, you can screw. But a few of the jars, close the nylon - still will disappear in a matter of hours!
The recipe is versatile, you can in the morning bread spread and as cake filling to use. And I often eat just with a spoon out of the jar and... Bon appetit!
