Salad with beetroot mousse
I want to show you the recipe is very colorful, tasty, healthy, and most importantly, quick to prepare salad!!! Not salad, but a fairy tale!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Lettuce

    3 handful

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

For this salad, we need soy sauce Kikoman low salt and salad Kikoman sauce with sesame seeds. The beets need to boil or bake in the oven until tender, then peel and chop it slices.

In the bowl of a processor place the beets, prunes and walnuts.

Include the processor in the switching mode and adding 3 tbsp salted sauce Kikoman. Grind until smooth.

Spread salad mix on plates and season to taste his sauce Kikoman with sesame seeds. Using two spoons to form the gnocchi made from beetroot mousse and put them on the salad.
