Forshmak
This is the traditional recipe for mincemeat without apples. I've tried different variants of mincemeat, I grew up and I like him the most. Try it and you, it turns out very tasty as a salad or as a brush on bread.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bun

  • Bread

  • Milk

  • Butter

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

Boil the potatoes in their jackets. Also boil the eggs and peel the onion. A muffin and a slice of dark bread to soak in milk. In a pinch, you can without a bun, but it tastes better. Brown bread always :)

Mince potatoes, eggs, onions, herring and soaked bread. Then dobaviti soft butter, pepper and all again mix thoroughly with a fork. I add a couple drops of vinegar, it adds spice and sharpness, but it is not for everybody. The consistency should be very thick, the salad will be soft, so you need to add a little vegetable oil and again mix well. Salt need not be added, it is enough from herring. The prepared mixture is smooth and pour on top of advance with a little vegetable oil, somewhere a teaspoon on the entire surface, that is well soaked. Let stand. All, salad is ready! Very tasty, I spread it on black bread and and eating :) Bon appetite!
