Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

take 1 Cup of jam, the jam can be taken any (I had strawberry)

added to jam 1 tsp soda, slaked vinegar, and stir well, jam begins to foam and grow in volume, and should brighten. Leave the jam for 10 minutes.

after the jam stand 10 min., add 1 tbsp of yogurt, 1 egg and stir.

add sugar (if you have a very sweet jam, sugar less put)

add flour and mix well, baking dish to grease with butter and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, and you can lay a baking paper and bake our gingerbread at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (the middle should not be liquid). The oven not to open about 30 min.
