Despite the modest appearance, the cake turned out very tasty, but otherwise could not be, because it was intended for serious men named Ivan, who was neither more nor less, and for two years. So the cake I reacted responsibly!

Cakes cake I started 3 days before the target date. Almond nuts are dried slightly in the pan and shredded. I leave a couple of nuts unpeeled, as the peel gives the nuts peculiar almond smell.
Proteins are whipped, gradually added the lemon juice, sugar to a thick shiny mass, added nuts, carefully stirred.
Protein-almond mass laid out on baking paper and put it in the oven to dry, first for 2 hours at 150*, then left in a warm oven until morning. Layer is thick, it took a long time to dry. Another day it dried without the oven. The cake was rectangular, but I decided to make a round cake. Therefore dry I cut kitchen scissors by size, the cropping used for the baby. Were playing well, did not crumble.
The next day I baked shortcake: butter chopped flour,
egg yolks rubbed with sugar.
Kneaded the soft dough and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Baked 3 not very thin layer on the size of the cake. 5 minutes until cooked, I smeared the cake with cherry jam and dried in the oven. Hot cut edge in size.
Prepared the cream: softened butter rubbed with condensed milk, added the juice and zest of the lemon, left a bit of cream on the top layer of the cake. The chocolate melted in the microwave and combined with cream.
Assembled the cake: sand cake with jam, chocolate cream, almond protein layer, cream, sand cake with jam, cream, sand cake jam down. The top is smeared with light cream and wrote happy birthday, Ivan! Cake left in the fridge overnight.
