Softened butter is whipped with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add the flour and starch, mix well.
Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then on a baking sheet, covered with oiled paper, spread with a teaspoon dipped in cold water, balls the size of a walnut. Crush with a fork.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
It turned out thin, tender, melt in your mouth cookies. Such cookies in my childhood, baked by my mom, the recipe has long been lost, I only remembered that was in cookies starch and no eggs, so all the ingredients are taken from the mind, i.e. by eye.
