Cooking
Onion RUB on a small grater and add to the mince. Salt the minced meat and combine. One onion and mushrooms finely chop. Saute the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add to the onions mushrooms and simmer until tender. Garlic finely chop. Add the onions and mushrooms and simmer a few more minutes. Add 2 tbsp of sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes. You can use muffin tins, but they can be done independently. Take a small Cup, extending up and were square of cooking foil.
