Chicken pieces, pepper and salt,put into a saucepan.And add lots of coarsely chopped garlic, chopped celery,parsley.
There to pour 2 glasses of brandy.Pour boiling water to half the volume on which the chicken pieces.
Tightly close the pan with a lid and place in oven for 1 hour.
After an hour it turns out that this aromatic and appetizing chicken.
