Took the vegetables that were in the fridge (eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, broccoli and cauliflower, some mushrooms, a head of garlic), put in baking pan with foil, misted with olive oil and put in the oven to bake.
Went for a walk in the baby. After an hour, pulled out, otherwsie garlic cloves, removed the skin from the eggplant, tomatoes, added herbs, 2 cloves of garlic fresh and ground coarsely in a blender. No salt, no pepper. Black bread - great! And low-fat, and without salt, and vitamins - it's beautiful! It would be good there too, a few red pepper pieces for the color, but was not. So, swept in 5 minutes.
