Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Corn

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    12 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Cherry tomatoes

    12 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

Shrimp lightly fried on both sides on the pan.

Corn, remove from cob. Zucchini-zucchini cut into cubes. Fry corn and zucchini with olive oil. Allow to cool.

In a deep bowl to break it lettuce, add shrimp, zucchini and corn.

Tomatoes cut in half, avocado cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the salad.

Now prepare the dressing. For this mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.

Season the salad and serve.
