Cooking
For salad, we need all these products.
Red onion finely chopped and folded into a deep bowl.
Cut cucumber medium dice, add to the onions.
Pineapple peel and cut the same cubes as the cucumber. You put it all together.
In a Cup prepare the dressing by mixing all the necessary ingredients.
Put the salad in a plate, pour the dressing and garnish with greens, slices of carambola and kumquat.
