Salad
Offer a recipe of the salad, which is sold in the shops of our city. Fish-vegetable salad for lovers of beetroot combined with prunes plus crab sticks. Salad suitable for a celebration, and for the diversity of our everyday table. Leave the name in the original (this was the title of the salad is made with us).

Boil the beets, grate on a coarse grater.

Prunes wash, fill with hot water for 15 minutes and cut into strips (if you bought prunes are soft, it can not be steamed)

Finely chop the onion, pickle (2 tsp sugar, lemon acid on a knife tip, mix everything with onion, leave for 15 minutes). The onions get sweet and sour, but not watery, as when marinating it in the water.

RUB cheese on a coarse grater.

Crab sticks finely chop.

All the prepared ingredients put in a bowl layers, each peremeshivaya mayonnaise: beets, prunes, onions, cheese and crab sticks.
