Jelly blueberry
Light jelly with fresh blueberries - a perfect dessert for summer days! Unlike jelly sachets, taste the most that neither is natural, without chemicals and dyes. Prepare for a very long time, so where to get the recipe, can't remember.

  • Gelatin

    30 g

Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes (or the time specified on the packaging).

Berries blueberries wash.

Squeeze the juice from them. Better to do it in the juicer, but if not, you can squeeze the berries by hand in a large bowl. Leave the juice in the Cup and wrung the flesh is put off in separate bowl. If you used a juicer, then gently gather the flesh with all its inner walls (the number of berries was small and the waste container will remain probably almost empty).

Pulp pour 1 liter of water and boil for 5 minutes.

Then remove from heat and filtered. In the resulting broth and dissolve the sugar and the squeezed out gelatine, which by this time was swell in the water.

Once the sugar and gelatin is completely dissolved, again put the broth on the fire and bring to a boil. How is boiling, immediately remove.

Add the previously pressed juice, stirred and again filtered.

Pour in molds with and put in the refrigerator until fully cured (about 2.5 hours).

Ready the jelly comes out tender and not too sweet. Despite the fact that the broth is double-filtered, on the bottom of the molds, a layer of the remnants of the berry pulp, more like a mousse. Very tasty and unusual.
