Very tasty dish, perfect for holiday.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    4 slice

  • Cheese

    4 slice

  • Ham

    8 slice

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pork to beat off to thin slices.

Put a slice of ham on half the slices of pork.

On ham put a slice of cheese.

On cheese put the ham.

Cover a blank piece of pork.Well.Season with salt and pepper.

Roll the schnitzel in flour,then in egg,sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Fry on each side for 8 minutes.
