Cooking
Cut the chicken breast along, repel, RUB with salt and spices. I didn't have time to cook spice mix alone, so I immediately took the seasoning for the chicken.
Put "ready" chicken Breasts (it turns 8pcs.) in a bowl, cover them and put into the fridge for 40 minutes to marinate. While we prepare everything you need for stuffing ingredients. We scald tomatoes, remove the skin and cut it into slices. Cheese cut into squares with a thickness of 1,5-2 mm, the dimensions of the square should be such that they cover a circle of tomato – I have approx 5 x 5 cm a Total of 16 pieces of cheese, the rest grate on a coarse grater. Peel and finely chop the garlic, chop the greens.
The chicken is marinated, take it out of the fridge, lay out on a cutting Board the first piece and begin to build the "tower" from already prepared foods from one region of the breast. 1st layer – butter piece height 1.5 mm
