I guess I'm one of the few Pithecanthropus, who knows only lasagna from cooking magazines... Yes, I have never in my life did not prepare yourself, and even more than that, I never tried and seen only in pictures:) Decided to mend his ways... and to try to cook. After seeing the recipe on the website (and they are... dtsat), I realized that to dwell on any difficult, so I decided to make my way from the products that were in the fridge. Hence the name. The result pleased me and my husband. We loved her gentle, full-bodied taste, it turned out juicy, hearty, spicy... well, I don't know what it is, LASAGNA should be, but if so, I love lasagna:)

Cooking
Onions cut into thin quarter rings, garlic strips, fry in vegetable oil (1 tbsp), Add diced eggplant (I have frozen) and stew.
In another pan, heat the remaining vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and fry the chopped leek rings and chopped slices mushrooms.
To the eggplant add purified from the skin and chopped canned tomatoes, season with Basil.
In a frying pan with mushrooms and leeks pour in white wine, stew, seasoning with Italian herbs. Two toppings ready.
It remains to make the Bechamel sauce (butter, flour and milk). I think that all know how to cook it, I will not describe. You should also cut pieces of chicken breast, slices of olives, grate the cheese and chop the parsley.
Everything is ready, you can begin to "build" the lasagna. First layer: sheets of lasagna and eggplant filling (half portion).
On top of the chicken pieces (half portion).
Next mushroom stuffing (half) and rings of olives (a little aside for decoration).
On top of a little cheese, herbs and cover with the sauce.
In the same manner repeated another layer: sheets of lasagna-eggplant-ku Riza-mushrooms-olives-cheese with the greens and sauce. Cover all the last three sheets of lasagna, pour remaining sauce, top liberally sprinkle remaining cheese. Well, some decorations... Put slices of yellow pepper and olives. You can send it in the oven.
Can't say how it's the simmering in the oven all depends on the characteristics of the oven, I was preparing for 35 minutes at medium temperature.
The result is loved it: tasty, juicy, delicious, unusual (to me)... a Great dinner! Bon appetit!
