The dough custard spicy vegetable

  • Vegetable oil

Sift flour, add salt, turmeric, fenugreek, black pepper. Mix everything.
Add the vegetable oil Oleina TM and the boiling water. Quickly stir with a spoon. As the dough cools to an acceptable temperature, begin to knead with your hands.
Until then, until the dough has cooled, is mixed three times. The cooled dough, cover with film and refrigerate for an hour.
