Cupcake
I want to share with you a very delicious chocolate biscuit cake with chocolate and vanilla cream. This cupcake is more like cake and is perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Brown sugar

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Prunes

    60 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Whip the egg yolks with a mixer.

Add the cane sugar TM Mistral and whip.

Add butter. Beat.

Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Add to the mixture the beaten egg whites. Mix well.

Add the cocoa powder. Mix well.

Chocolate biscuit dough is ready!

Pour the batter into the form. The cupcake is baked at 180-210 degrees, the temperature depends on your oven. In other words, the required temperature for normal biscuit. The finished cake to cool.
