Cooking
In the photo the needed products. I used salt with spices but no salt would be not to add, you make a good choice.
With tuna drained all the fluid, put in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the cheese, egg, stir.
Add oat flakes, mix well. The dough should get thicker than pancakes. Let stand the dough for about 10 minutes.
In a pan heat the oil, put the tortillas (this number makes 4 pancakes) and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve hot. These scones are sufficient unto themselves and do not require any sauces. They are delicious, delicate, spicy and hearty.
