The new year is welcomed in all countries of the world. I think this appetizer is perfect for celebrating the New year on the Chinese calendar. After the Christmas holidays does not happen much. And on our table they managed to survive.

Cooking
Hearts, rinse, drain the water and not drying to pour sweet soy sauce TM "Kikkoman". Add dry herbs and wasabi powder, mix well. Let stand for one hour.
Take toothpicks and thread 2-3 pieces. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
In the remaining marinade add sour cream and stir. Stir with skewers ( or just pour on top ).
Bake at t = 160, approximately 40 min.
You can eat both hot and cold, dipping in the sweet soy sauce TM " Kikkoman ".
