Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

Cooking

step-0
Mix the flour, salt, sugar.
step-1
Add to this mixture cut into small pieces butter at room temperature, one whole egg and one yolk. Protein to keep for another dish. Knead the dough first with a fork and then hands it becomes very sticky after a very little time mixing, so knead as quickly as possible!!! Form a ball and spread on a prepared plastic wrap. Put in the fridge for an hour.
step-2
Roll out on floured surface half the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Flour on table and rolling pin not regret! Otherwise, then the product will not move away from the table. Leave the second half in the fridge, so it does not unfreeze. Cut with glass or biscuit and pastry molds. Gather scraps of dough off the table and roll out again, and so until the dough is finished(don't forget to put flour on table and rolling pin). Draw the figure with a fork and/or glass of a smaller size. Grease milk (original recipe biscuits smeared with yolk from the third egg, but I thought it a lot: 3 egg yolks)
step-3
and put into hot oven (160-180Ц) for 10-15 minutes (bake immediately, also burn, so watch carefully for the color), they should be slightly browned, although as you like it. I'm not an expert on the rolling test and the thickness of the layer each time was different, so I have turned out very different from slightly rosy to just chocolate. While biscuits are hot, soft, when cold, hardens and becomes crispy, almost crumbly.
step-4
and it store cookies: for comparison...
