Pasta in foil with white wine
Very tasty dish: pasta with krevetkami, tomatoes, cheese, baked in foil with white wine. The aroma is out of this world! And no hassle!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

In the frying pan with a thick bottom 2 tbsp oil, lightly fry the chopped garlic and chilli.

Scald the tomatoes, remove the skins, chop and send to garlic. Pepper, salt, sugar, Basil, and to put out.

Boil the pasta (I had tagliatelle) in salted water. Better to cook for a couple of mint less than the package time. Drain in a colander, transfer back to saucepan and add remaining olive oil, mix well.

Of a double layer of foil to prepare the envelopes, in each put a little of the pasta, top with 6-8 shrimp.

Top envelopes of the received spread tomato sauce. Grate cheese on a large grater, half delayed, and the other half to spread on top of pasta with sauce. Pour into each envelope for 2 tablespoons of wine. Wrap envelopes, cementing the edges of the foil, put them on a baking sheet and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Lay out each envelope on a plate, uncover it and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve, garnished with parsley.
