Vegetable oil
Cooking
Boil hard-boiled eggs and remove the shell
On a coarse grater to grate the sausage,
Chop the onion, add seasonings and raw egg
All mix well
The mixture smear the surface of each egg
Make small patties
Then roll each cutlet in raw egg
Then in breadcrumbs mixed with flour
Egg patties put on oiled baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes
