Ingredients

  • Sausage

    450 g

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Spices

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil hard-boiled eggs and remove the shell

On a coarse grater to grate the sausage,

Chop the onion, add seasonings and raw egg

Then roll each cutlet in raw egg
