I have a liver like everyone except me, but in this trade I can even eat a piece. While the rest fly away in time))

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Take the liver, cut into pieces and very good beats.

Mix the liver with the onions and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the batter: whisk eggs with salt and pepper, coat liver in flour and dip in batter.
