Awesome muffins, cook them already with enviable periodicity of about 4 years (found on some website), it happened once awesome, once not so good. From my own experience I will tell some of the nuances (although to some it may be so clear).

    200 g

    300 g

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Photo products, all except the raisins (initially forgot about it)
step-1
Soak the raisins in warm water, I think we can dunk, but I always do. Melt the margarine in the microwave (but not in it), margarine, I always melt, although in many recipes I've ever met softening. To turn on the oven to 180*C. All this is the first step, in my opinion, because it requires time. While all this is going to happen, of course, take the paste.
step-2
4 beat eggs in a container in which you will whisk to the eggs, add 300 g sugar and beat until white in color (I whip like Apple pie).
step-3
Add in the beaten mixture of vanilla and soda (vinegar I don't turn off, can package of baking powder), mix well, then add the cheese and whisk for a while (I do everything with a mixer, I think it's not important, just write, like I do) to stir the curds, the lumps may remain.
step-4
Add melted margarine (it is IMPORTANT that he was not hot, otherwise the dough a little brew, will be heavy and will be after cooking if moist), slightly stir and add slowly the flour and the soaked and dried raisins.
step-5
Put in silicone molds, filling 3/4 of the cell (which is not the case, but I love silicone, I have them 2 - to speed up the process, they both fit in the oven), put in a preheated 180*C oven for 27 minutes (I have so much prepared). I have the aforementioned ingredients turned 33 cupcakes.
step-6
Take out, sprinkle with powdered sugar, allow to cool and eat :)
