Cooking
Let's start with the almonds. It should grind very finely. Flour mixed with salt, half Cup sugar, almonds and baking powder. Add almond extract, oil and yogurt or sour cream. Knead the dough. A Cup of raspberries vmese in the dough. This dirty job can be trusted with children. Let them practice hand. The dough turns out very colorful and elegant.
I baked biscuits in the forms of muffins, for convenience zastelil their paper cuffs. Fill the forms to 2/3.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree Celsius oven for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool at least 10 minutes.
While we chill, and bake the rolls, let's cook the syrup. A Cup of raspberries (about 220g) to fill a half Cup of sugar. Mash berries and let stand for 5 minutes. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Then strain through a sieve.

In this recipe, I needed sugar two varieties. For the test - Mistral universal, and for the syrup - Mistral brown fine.
