Warm salad of liver
This salad is interesting in both warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Oyster mushrooms

    500 g

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Boiled liver cut into small cubes.

Onions and mushrooms chop and fry in vegetable oil. If not oyster, you can use mushrooms.

With beans, drain excess liquid and add it to the salad.
