Seafood salad and vegetables
Light, bright salad.

Ingredients

  • Seafood

    1 can

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green olives

  • Green onions

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Here's a seafood mix I used.

Eggs boiled, cut into long wedges

Tomatoes cut into quarters. Cucumbers - cubes.

Sesame fry in a pan until light brown.

Prepare the salad dressing. In a Cup of dilute lemon juice and honey. Add the olive oil. All mix well.

All ingredients mix in a bowl. Add the olives, cut green onions, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pour dressing. Salt, pepper to taste.
