Scallops in mustard marinade
A very simple dish, yet tasty and spectacular. A great option, especially for the New year with your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Scallop

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Wasabi

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

For cooking take fresh or frozen scallops. If you have a scallop is fresh and you're confident of its quality, it can be used without heat treatment. Ice cream scallops give yourself to thaw. Large scallop cut washers. Shallow as I leave it whole. Put them in a colander and twice spilled boiling water.

Prepare the sauce-marinade. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", mayonnaise (preferably homemade), wasabi and mustard, mix everything.

Onions cut thin half-rings.

In the marinade put the scallop and chopped onion.

Gently stir and put in the cold for 3-4 hours.

The scallop is served as a cold appetizer, garnish with herbs, I have curly parsley. All the best to You in the New year!
