Marinated mushrooms with dill and garlic
These mushrooms - signature appetizer my mother-in-law, and now mine! Very tasty and easy! Try it, you'll like it ;))

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1.5 kg

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    7 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

Pour the mushrooms into the pan and put on low heat

Once the mushrooms thaw, add water, salt, cloves, Bay leaves and dill

Bring to a boil and boil on low heat for 12 min.

While mushrooms are boiling, peel and finely chop garlic

After 12 minutes of boiling add the mushrooms to the vinegar, oil and garlic, and boil 3 minutes. Ready! Remove from the heat, cooled, and taste!!! Bon appétit!
