Cooking
Peel the potatoes and boil. To cook from it puree with the addition of eggs. If necessary - it needs more salt. Pepper and add the nutmeg. Allow to cool slightly.
Onions clear and finely chop. Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Mushrooms finely chop. Chicken mince or chop in chopper.

This tasty dish is very economical because it can be prepared from the remaining mashed potatoes (like you rightly said Light-Fox), and in stuffing, you can add everything a little stale in your fridge, or simply tired.
