Soup
Simple but Oh-Oh-Oh-ry delicious soup for younger children. The author of the recipe - Olga Bazueva from the village Tunoshna-Gorodok, Yaroslavl region. She is the cook in the kindergarten and argues that kids really love this soup. I believed her and checked on his granddaughter. Meet moms.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Leeks

  • Green peas

Cooking

Carrots and leeks to wash and clean. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, finely shred the leek.

Put in sauce pan with heated vegetable oil and spasserovat.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. The jar of peas to open.

Omit the potatoes in a pot of boiling broth and cook until soft over low heat.

    Отличный супчик. Варила на курином бульоне. Порея не было, заменила обычным репчатым. Ребёнку понравился, ел с аппетитом. Да и мне тоже очень понравился. Лёгкий и быстрый супчик.
