Julienne with prawns and mushrooms
You have lack of time, but you want to eat to feed family, then this dish is for you! The dish is simple and yet delicious. A dish for those who love seafood. Prepare a julienne with shrimps and mushrooms... :)

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    15 piece

  • Mushrooms

    7 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

Mushrooms cut plastics.

Shrimp (large) clean, remove intestinal vein, wash.

In a baking dish and add shrimp.

Add the chopped mushrooms.

Add a mixture of Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp.

Add black pepper and salt to taste.

In a bowl add the egg (1 piece). Beat egg with a fork.

Add 1 Cup of cream 33%, add 1/3 Cup of boiled water. Mix until well blended.

The egg-cream mixture add in the baking dish. The mixture should lightly coat the mushrooms.

Grate cheese on a grater. In a baking dish and add grated cheese straws. The form put in a preheated oven. Bake until ready. Temperature and cooking time everyone chooses their own, focusing on the capabilities of your oven. For a side dish you can serve roasted or boiled potatoes.
