Cooking
1. First, clear the liver from the film, cut it on average pieces, and remove any blood clots. It is important!
2. Onions and carrots peel and slice.
3. In a well heated pan with vegetable oil fry the vegetables and add the chicken livers. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add a little water and leave to stew for 10 minutes.
5. Until the liver is cooked, peel one large Apple and grate. Add grated Apple to the liver and simmer for another 7-8 minutes.
6. The liver is ready, serve it with any side dish! I cooked the liver with Jasmine rice and was very tasty! All a pleasant appetite!
