This recipe I found on one of the websites in the Internet. Were conquered by the simplicity of the ingredients. Tried - and remained in the uttermost delight. And then I used the cakes for the cake. But more on that later...

Cooking
The eggs with the sugar and vanilla whisking until the foam thoroughly with a mixer.
The flour with the baking powder sift, add to the bowl with the egg mixture and, stirring, gradually pour in the yogurt.
Ready to pour the batter on a greased baking tray out of the oven (I have about 30х33 cm).
And evenly sprinkle the coconut mixture on the dough.
Put in oven and bake for about 30 minutes (depending on oven). Check with a toothpick. I don't bake on the middle shelf, and below.
Boil cream with butter and pour over the entire surface, it is better to spoon the still hot cake.
