Chebureks of choux pastry
Checked the search and was surprised no choux pastry pasties. And it's so tasty, simple and fast

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

  • Minced meat

Cooking

In water, add salt and oil, bring to a boil

Remove from fire, to enter half a Cup of flour, mix well, add the egg, continuing to mix well

On the table pour a mound remaining flour into the middle to put the prepared weight

Knead stiff, smooth dough and allow to stand. While cooking the beef, like you used to do

Divide the dough into equal balls, roll out, put on one side and close the other, connecting the well region
