Ingredients

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. The tomato cut off the top, about 1 cm Tea boat remove the pulp.

2. Boil the rice until tender. Fish and cucumber cut into small cubes. Greens cut. To combine rice with fish, cucumber and greens.

3. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and oil, mix well.

4. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and decorate with slices of fish. Bon appetit!
