Meat loaves, not much happens. And fast, and tasty, and festive table, to put shame. That's the kind of meat loaf I "bake", when the company is going, say, at the age of. Cooking
Meat cleaned of tendons and crank through a meat grinder.
To the mince add the chopped chives and parsley, egg, mustard, season with salt and pepper. Carefully knead the meat.
Add bread crumbs ( stale bread chopped in a blender or grate), again knead the meat "dough".
For the topping dissolve in a hot pan with butter, sauté for 2 minutes with the bread crumbs, cool.
Mix with grated on a fine grater Parmesan.

On top of the filling evenly spread the topping.
Wrap the edges of the paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, then open the paper and bake until Golden brown.
To serve meat loaf just like that or with sauce on a sandwich or as a main dish.
