Braised cabbage with beans

Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Sauerkraut

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Bacon

  • Sausages

Take the beans "Pinto" from "Mistral", fill with water (soak) overnight. Then the water is drained, pour fresh in the ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 1.5 hours, tilt the finished beans in a colander.

Prepare not fast Supplement. In a pan fry smoked bacon, cut into thin strips.
