Cooking

step-0
The number of products is given very roughly. The amount of onions and cheese can vary greatly depending on your preferences. ***************** Potatoes clean, wash and cut into circles with a thickness of about 1.5-2mm.
step-1
Onions also peel and then cut into rings, preferably quite thin. Grate cheese on a grater.
step-2
The Lyonnaise potatoes can be prepared either "a couple", either in the oven or on the stove. Accordingly, the method of preparation must be chosen and the dishes. I was cooking on the stove, in a frying pan. ******************** Pour it on the bottom with vegetable oil (not much - otherwise it will be greasy, but not enough - otherwise it will burn). I poured 2 tablespoons in the pan diameter of 16mm. Put the sliced potatoes in three layers, salted the first and second layer.
step-3
On top of the potatoes sprinkle with water (25ml). Season with salt and pepper.
step-4
On top of the potatoes put the onions and
step-5
sprinkle with grated cheese.
step-6
Put another layer of potatoes (you two), sprinkle with water (25ml) mixed with vegetable oil (1 tbsp). Season with salt and pepper.
step-7
Again a layer of onions and cheese. Sprinkle with the herbs. A layer of cheese sprinkle with wine.
step-8
Put the pan on a small fire, cover the pan with a lid and simmer potatoes for 15-20 minutes (depending on thickness of potatoes). But it is better closer to the end to pierce the potatoes with a fork to make sure it is ready.
