Cooking
Butter cut into cubes. Add the sifted flour, vanilla, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mash with your hands into crumbs. Add the sour cream and knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into 6 equal balls. Send in the fridge for 40min-1 hour.
Prepare the crumb. For this purpose sifted flour and baking powder and grind into crumbs with the butter, previously mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Crumb also put in the refrigerator for 40min -1 hour.
Prepare the plum layer. Wash plums, remove the stone. 3-4 plums for garnishing top of cake. Place plums in castulo and blend until smooth with immersion blender. Add the juice of one lemon, cinnamon and starch. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, leave to cool. Fans of pronounced sweet can on this step add sugar to taste when cooked.
For the cream beat chilled cream with a mixer for 1 minute. Then add sugar powder and a thickener and continue whisking until a thick stable cream.
Bake cakes. To do this, preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Take baking paper and with a plate diameter approx. 22 cm draw on it a circle. Take one ball of dough from the refrigerator and using a rolling pin and hands spread the dough over the delineated circle. Take the crumbs and sprinkle the cake with it. Bake thus all 6 cakes until Golden brown approximately 8-10 minutes each.
Let the cakes cool to room temperature and then start to assemble the cake. Manipulation of the cakes require some care because of its fragility. The heavier the cream You use, the more crumbly it will cakes.
